  2. Responsibility - acting on your obligations and getting them done, owning up to something youve done wrong

I think this relates to PE because we all have the responsibility in group activities and games to participate and make the effort in class to make things easier on everyone else.
We also have the personal responsibility to work for our own benefit, whether that be working out for health purposes or even getting dressed for class each day because we as students have grades to uphold.

Respect - treating others the way you'd like to be treated, and obeying authority figures.

This relates to our class because we all need to respect eachother, because all human beings have feelings that should be taken into consideration.
Also, we should respect you as our instructor and not argue, or act lazy just because we feel like it because that's not very fair to you.

Trust - feeling comfortable with your surroundings, or certain people.

This relates to this course because we should be comfortable with each other before we do some of the activities in this class such as rock climbing. We need to be confident that people will not judge us and that the people spotting us in any given activity will be there to catch us when we fall.

  4. Responsibility:
keeping your promises to other people.

    Respect:
treating people like you would like to be treated.

    Trust:
believing that other peoples' promises to you won't be broken.

As core elements to teamwork, these concepts are crucial to what we do here in Outdoor Adventure.

  6. i think responsiblity means making sure you do/finish what your job is and not letting others down by not doing your part

respecting others and not bringing them down in any way and encourging them to do better

and trust..no matter how hard it may be to trust some people in class, you have to have faith that they will pull through for you and make sure that you are safe, especially when we later start to climb.
