How is rappelling going?
After 3 days of rappelling, how is the experience as a rappeller, belayer, onlooker? Remember during this unit the expectation is for you to rappel at least 8 times. 2 to 3 times the regular way showing me you understand the technique, 1 or 2 times going upside down and recovering, 2 or 3 times jumping off the wall army style, and 1 or 2 times going down face forward.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!
No response is needed. Have a great weekend please take a moment this weekend to really appreciate all the things that you are grateful for. We tend to focus on the things we want or don't have and take for granted how great things are right now. Happy Thanksgiving and remember PE clothes on Monday we have to work off all the turkey we ate.

Keeping Accountable
With the work we did on Friday, concerning the values we want to uphold in class as we continue through the year, I want you to give us ideas on how we are going to keep each other accountable for keeping our values alive and real for us as we begin to venture into more challenges. Remember you can use last weeks blog to keep in mind the categories we created.
On another note remember to bring in payment for rollerblading.

Full Value Contract

Hello everyone, good work today but we still have some work to do. Choose an ideal from each of the catagories and tell us what it looks like and sounds like. An Example would be:
Catagory=social- Happiness looks like students smiling and sounds like laughter.
Then choose an Ideal from Emotional and Physical and do the same.
It would be best if we chose ideals that have not been used yet. Have fun and be creative.
