Give us your goals and expectations for this semseter, from breaking through your comfort zone to giving your best effort during fitness days and team building days.
hopefully by the end of the semester these fitness days will be a piece of cake for me and i won't dread it as much. and i can't wait to belay myself from the ceiling (: it seems super scary but it should be fun.
This new semester, I hope I can stop being as prejudiced as last semester and make friends with (or at least be more tolerant of) people that aren't like me.
i hope that this semester i can do my best with the intrapersonal and interpersonal areas, and i look forward to being in class more regularly and taking full advantages of the cool stuff we will be able to learn this semester :)
I'm hoping to be able to bond with everyone as closely as my other adventure class was. We were really close and open to new things, so I hope this class is also open. My goal is to be able to trust people in this class because I don't know them all as well as my last class, especially for climbing activities.
My goal is to learn everyones name and talk to more people in the class that I haven't gotten to know very well. And also to get better at the balancing thing on fitness days, because I'm terrible at that.
I hope to get better on those fitness days and learn to trust even more people with the different team building activities and with climbing from other places.
My goal is to interact with others who I don't talk to very often. Also I want to get to know the new classmates well. I'm really excited to climb walls in the gymnastics room!
I'm glad I decided to stay in this class... this is going to be a fun semester :)
I hope the next semester will be more fun. I hope to get back in shape a bit in fitness and give me more energy. I hope i can develope my social skills in school not just outside of school. I socialize more outside of school. Also to have more fun

This semester my goal is to be more active than before, try to do my best every single fitness day, and as well not to be absent. I hope i get to overcome my fears and do the climbing and other stuff to challenge myself, and i hope also to make new friends.
I want to get back in shape for the Spring sport season, improve my benching, and excell at Devil's rock with the class. And I hope we truly start acting like a class and one team this semester. Brooke Opitz

just harnasing up and realizing that i have to climb is pretty big for me. once i actually geton the wall its pretty challenging but sometimes i get enough courage to go up higher than my height.. the easy walls are my favorite hahaha
so i guess my goals for this semester is to not give up and try everythin i do to the best of my ability. maybe i can even try working out a little bit to get some much needed upper body strength =]
I have been teaching since 1995. I started teaching at Winston Campus Junior High in Palatine. In 2001 I began teaching at Fremd. I am an assistant golf and wrestling coach. I have also coached boys gymnastics and I was a sponsor for Powder Puff Football and Outdoor Adventure Club. I am the 4th child of 5, 3 older sisters and 1 younger brother. I am married and I have two great boys 2 1/2 year old and a 5 week old. Chase and Brody. I love it when I come home and chase yells out "DADDY" and has a big smile on his face and is coming to hug me.
