Keeping Accountable

With the work we did on Friday, concerning the values we want to uphold in class as we continue through the year, I want you to give us ideas on how we are going to keep each other accountable for keeping our values alive and real for us as we begin to venture into more challenges. Remember you can use last weeks blog to keep in mind the categories we created.

On another note remember to bring in payment for rollerblading.

  5. we should all watch out for eachother and help out in any way we can. Dont leave anyone out/ make everyone feel welcome even if you dont know them very well/ get to know them. we are all in this together so we should help out as much as we can to make this class fun and something we all look forward to going to.

  8. Some of the activities we are going to do in class could be challenging for some of us. So it's up to the rest of the class to help them out. we need to understand that not everyone can do something that someone else can. we need to be motivational and supportive :)

  23. have a blast and just go crazy. we should make class like the football games where we can stand united as one team, support eachother, and still play a game and have fun

  24. I am a firm believer in keeping an open mind, and not passing a superficial judgement. We shouldnt be excluded from a group just because we dont "fit in" or because we look "different"

  25. The activity was really fun, but it was disappointing to see people not wanting to get out and show who they from the fear of being laughed at. That was the whole point of the activity, and I enjoyed it :)

  26. we can keep eachother accountable by calling people out on their actions. maybe just say it right then and there or talk to them later about it but if no one ever stands up for other people, those people wont want to stand up for you if youre the one getting looked down on.

    positive encourage is key. :)

  27. We have to learn how to be open and accepting to other people's ideas and comments, yet at the same time we cannot be afraid to throw one of our ideas at the class.
